
This course was held by the esteemed instructor Mrs. Karimi, a teacher at the Homa Hotels group training center, on the 18th and 19th of Bahman (February), lasting 2 days. In this course, the staff were introduced to new methods and principles of housekeeping management, use of detergents, and public hygiene, receiving necessary training.
Holding this course not only helped improve staff skills in housekeeping but also increased the quality of services provided in Homa hotels. By learning new techniques and methods, the staff can make significant improvements in cleaning and hygiene of hotel rooms and public areas. These trainings not only improve the staff’s working conditions but also enhance the customer experience.
